Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the West Bengal Nursing Council/respondent No. 4 in considering the petitioner's application for reciprocal registration filed on 11th March, 2020 which is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 17310 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and take a final decision on the aforesaid application of the petitioner for reciprocal registration within four weeks from date of communication of this order subject to compliance of any other legal formalities which has to be intimated to the petitioner within one week from date to the petitioner.

Since the matter has been disposed of at the motion stage without calling for affidavits by the respondent, the allegations against the respondent deemed to have been denied.
