1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The earlier application for anticipatory bail filed by the present petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.03.2023 passed in CRM (A) 863 of 2023. Filing of chargesheet is not a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
