Petitioner complains that he is being threatened 20.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.59 Rakib by men and agents of respondent no.5 for vacating the property.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is a marital dispute of the petitioner and one of his wives are staying at the address referred to in the writ petition which is the subject matter of dispute. Inspite of the same police authorities assures that they would render appropriate police assistance, in case there is any breach of the peace and/or tranquility.

Thus, it is directed that the police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that the petitioner is not physically harmed in respect of the complaint relating to the property which has been referred to in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 17009 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
