The second appeal tender is of year 2000.

Several defects were reported. Order sheet bears order dated 17th July, 2008 made by coordinate Bench saying as follows:

"None appears when the matter is called on.

The learned advocate for the appellant is directed to remove the defects as pointed out in the office report dated July 2, 2008 by three weeks.

In default, put up for final order."

The defects have not been removed. As a consequence, the appeal is dismissed.
