Learned advocate appearing for the Distribution Company makes over a copy of the decision of the Joint Chief Electrical Inspector, West Bengal, dated June 10, 2005 to the Court as also to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

The Court is informed that the parties acted on the basis of the decision dated June 10, 2005. In such circumstances, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision dated June 10, 2005, the petitioner is at liberty to assist it in accordance with law.

No useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the writ petition pending.

Writ petition being WPA No. 15915 of 2003 is disposed of accordingly.
