Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. At the time of hearing, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer/relief of directing the respondents investigation authority concerned to complete the impugned investigation against the petitioner in view of the resolution of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs dated 29th September, bearing No.GST/INV/DISPUTE RESOLUTION/03/21-22 as appears at page 29 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, the respondent investigation authority concerned is directed to complete the investigation within the time bound manner as directed by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and

Customs dated 29th September, 2021. Needless to mention that petitioner will cooperate in course of investigation. With this direction and observation, this writ petition being WPA No.17313 of 2021 is disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
