Mr. Dilip Kumar Maiti ... ... for the petitioners Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 4th September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 4th September, 2025 it is revealed that in the 2nd page fifth paragraph instead of "In view of the above and after hearing the learned Counsel for both parties, I direct the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal as also the concerned Treasury Officer to pay interest to the petitioners @ 8% per annum on the gratuity amount calculated from 01.11.1991 till the date of payment as per their shares. Such payment is to be made within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order." it should be read as " In view of the above and after hearing the learned Counsel for both parties, I direct the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal as also the concerned Treasury Officer to pay interest to the petitioners @ 8% per annum on the

gratuity and arrear pension amount calculated from 01.11.1991 till the date of payment as per their shares. Such payment is to be made within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order." The other portion of the order dated 4th September, 2025 shall remain the same.
