The complaint of the petitioner has been registered as FIR and charge sheet has been filed under Sections 498A/323/406/506/34 of the IPC. It is submitted by the petitioner that certain gold ornament that are part of her 'stridhan' property, has not been seized by the police.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law in that regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

It is expected that the charge sheet is put up for committal as expeditiously as possible and the trial shall be completed expeditiously.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
