Petitioner being the mother is harassed by the son and the daughter-in-law. To that effect, information was furnished with the police authorities. Petitioner complains that she is unable to enter her residence. However, State has submitted a report wherein information was furnished earlier that she did not intend to institute any case against the son and daughter-in-law. Subsequently, again there was hot altercation between the petitioner and her son. To that effect, information was also furnished at the police station. Proceedings under sections 126/135 BNSS has been drawn up by the police authorities on 12.02.2025. Police authorities have already kept a strict vigil.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the jurisdictional Magistrate has directed the petitioner for her entry at the residence and her residential right has been secured. If the learned Magistrate has passed such an order, in that case, the petitioner would inform the learned Court for execution of the said order under the relevant provisions of the act. In case such an order is passed, police authorities would respect, obey and implement the order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16116 of 2023 is disposed of.
