This appeal is arising out of an order extending the interim order passed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The main application filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has already been disposed of and we have been informed that the arbitration proceeding is in an advance stage.

In view thereof, this appeal has now become infructuous and, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
