supplementary affidavit to the writ petitione is filed on behalf of the petitioner, let it be kept with the record.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject English (Hons/PG) at Korbonia Junior High School.

She had applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal' inter alia on the grounds that her marriage has been dissolved by a decree of divorce and her child aged about seven years is in her custody.

Her such application has been returned from the end of the school with the observations that since there is no clarification regarding Junior High School (New Set Up) Teachers Transfer under the Utsashree Portal, the application of the petitioner cannot be forwarded.

Mr. Lahiri learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the ground of return of the application of the petitioner is erroneous inasmuch as there is no difference in the Portal for the teachers of Junior High School and other schools.

The operation of the Portal since is under suspension, there is no scope for consideration of grievance of the petitioner at this stage.

The petitioner however is at liberty to apply for general transfer if the relevant rules permit her to do so.

WPA 16566 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
