Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record. Private opposite parties are not represented. This is an application wherein petitioner has prayed for early disposal of his Narazi petition dated 10th February, 2023 pending for disposal before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur, Tamluk.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that being aggrieved by the final report in the form of FRT filed by investigating agency, the petitioner filed Narazi application before the trial court on 10th February, 2023 but the said application has not yet been disposed of in spite of passing nearly two and a half years.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Sur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, I find that the prayer made therein is innocuous and is required to be allowed for the ends of justice. In such view of the matter, CRR 2490 of 2023 is disposed of with a direction upon the Court below to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10th February, 2023 at the earliest preferably within a period of thirty days.
