The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, in compliance with the different directions passed by this Court, the petitioner has been given compassionate appointment in a Group-'C' Post at Malda Railway High School.

Copy of the appointment letter issued by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, copy of the Joining letter and copy of the memo bearing Memo No.

342/G(MLD)/S.E dated March 05, 2024 approving the appointment of the petitioner are taken on record. The prayer of the petitioner since has been allowed, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter. W.P.A. 16568 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
