1. Petitioner seeks waiver of two conditions of the order granting bail dated July 24, 2024 passed in CRM (NDPS) 1071 of 2024.

2. Petitioner before us is a resident of Bihar.

3. Consequently, we are not in a position to waive the condition of the order granting bail requiring the petitioner not to leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Trial Court. However, since the trial is in progress, the requirement of the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the Howrah Police Station twice in a week until further orders is waived.

4. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated July 24, 2024 will remain the same.

5. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM (NDPS) 1071 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
