And In Re : Prasanta Bag ...... petitioner Mr. Asok Das Ms. Ayana Dey ....for the petitioners Mr. Tanmoy Kumar Ghosh Ms. Sonali Bhar ....for the State Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of June 17, 2009, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 3555 of 2022 is dismissed.
