We have considered the materials on record. Victim has supported the prosecution case in trial.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Parties shall communicate this order to the trial court for due compliance.
