Mr. Raju Mondal ..for the respdts.10-13 The petitioner had alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities of Patuli Police Station. The police authorities were investigating into the matter. In course of investigation, and with the intervention of the police, the cheques have been paid to the petitioner and the petitioner submits that the investigation by the police authorities has led to redressal of his grievances. The issues have been resolved and nothing remains for an adjudication by this court.

This writ petition is disposed of without any further orders, upon recording the satisfaction of the petitioner.

Both the parties are directed to intimate this order to police authorities, who are investigating into the matter and necessary documents should be filed. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
