1. The petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected on merits on May 24, 2024, by a Coordinate Bench in CRM (NDPS) 861 of 2024. Barely two months have passed, there is no change of circumstances. Trial is in progress.

2. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The prayer for bail is, accordingly, rejected.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1096 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
