The petitioner complains of alleged inaction by Baruipur Police Station of alleged assault by the private respondent.

It appears from records that the private respondent borrowed money from the petitioner and has not repaid the same and when the petitioner asked for return of money, he was assaulted.

This Court notes that the petitioner's grievance is primarily with regard to money lent and advanced. The petitioner may approach an appropriate Forum for recovery of his money and in respect of the bounced cheques.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
