Mr. Ali, learned advocate appearing for the State is present. Accordingly, C.R.R. 2494 of 2023 is dismissed as 'not pressed'.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame issues. Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner on the same being replaced by a photostat copy.
