But the petitioner is facing different problems as the school has uploaded it in the Utsasree Portal. But in all likelihood the application of the petitioner in Utsasree Portal made earlier will be rejected for the modalities of the Utsasree Portal. Hence, the petitioner has submitted before me that she will make a fresh application and she will intimate the school about her fresh application and the school may be directed to upload the same 'no objection' certificate after she files the transfer application in the Utsasree Portal.
I have considered the submission made on behalf of the school by Mr. Sukanta Chakraborty who has said that there is no problem for the school to upload again the same 'no objection' certificate after the fresh application to be filed by the petitioner. Hence, I think there will be no further problem for the petitioner in respect of her application for transfer. With the hope and expectation that the school will act according to its submission made today that there is no problem in uploading the 'no objection' certificate after the fresh application filed by the petitioner, I dispose of the writ application. Supplementary affidavit filed by the writ petitioner today in Court be kept on record. The school has also filed an objection to the supplementary affidavit which is also kept on record. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the formalities.
