The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of proceeding vide Uttarpara P.S. Case No.161/2019 dated 20.03.2019 under Section 498A of the IPC and adding Section 406 of the IPC arising out of G.R No.531 of 2019 pending before the learned ACJM at Serampore, Hooghly. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
