The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of FIR being Kotwali P.S Case No.226 of 2019 dated 26.05.2019 corresponding to G.R No.1660 of 2019 under Sections 143/447/341/323/506 of the IPC, Section 9(b) of I.E Act and 3(X) of SC/ST POA Act, pending before the learned CJM, Paschim Medinipur.

As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
