The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of an order dated 16.04.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipur dismissing and/or dropping the proceeding of Haridevpur Police Station Case No.163 of 2017 under Section 420 of the IPC.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
