This is an application pending since 2018. The instant application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 read with section 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of a proceeding being Complaint Case No. C-25/2018 initiated under sections 447/427/506/34 of the IPC, 1860 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 3rd Court, Katwa, Purba Burdwan.

However, even on earlier occasion, neither the petitioners were represented, nor any accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 2330 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
