The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

This Court is informed that the charge sheet was submitted before the learned Court on February 23, 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been deprived of his job due to pendency of the case and is due to retire in 2 years' time.

In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2735 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
