In terms of the order dated 21st August, 2025 school authority submitted petitioner's pension papers upon making those papers ready on 18th September, 2025 and thereafter, the pension case of the petitioner was settled after obtaining necessary approval from the concerned Joint Director, Directorate of Accounts, School Education Department on 19th September, 2025. Subsequently, District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Bankura being respondent no.4 forwarded the pension case of the petitioner to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance and it is submitted by the learned advocate representing the State respondents that the office of the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance received the pension papers on 22nd September, 2025.

In view of steps taken by the school authority and the State respondents there is no impediment in releasing retiral dues including pension in favour of the petitioner.

Concerned State authorities are directed to release retiral dues including pension in favour of the petitioner on issuance of pension payment order at an early date but not later than eight (8) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above directions writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
