Perused the report filed by the Registrar of Assurances, Kolkata signed on September 15, 2025. It mentions that in compliance of the order passed by the Court, the office provided to the petitioner all volumes where all the documents registered during the period between June 11, 1992 and June 20, 1992 had been recorded. Even after thorough searches as regard the fees book wherein particulars of the deeds registered during the aforesaid period is entered, the office was unable to find any iota of evidence with regard to the registration of any document that had been recorded against the specific volume number with the pages counting from 271 to 298. 2.

The petitioner has not annexed any concrete evidence in support of the submission that the particular document was actually registered on the date and volume as disclosed in the writ petition. The authority has disclosed before this Court that there is nothing on record to suggest registration of the subject document during the

above time period.

On such disputed questions of fact, the writ petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 5.
