Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition and making an innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent nos.2 and 3 to hold the election of the society in question. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.16538 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to expedite the election process and conclude the election of the society in question within six months from the date of communication of this order.
