(Via Video Conference) Mr. Sayak Ranjan Ganguly ... for the petitioner Mr. Ratul Biswas ... for the Board Ms. Reshmi Ghosh ... for respondent no. 4 The Secretary of an educational institution has approached this Court praying for a direction upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to hand over the educational certificates to the students of the said institution.

The learned advocate representing the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits, upon instruction, that the certificates of the students have been handed over to the teacher-in-charge of the institute.

The learned advocate for the teacher-in-charge being the respondent No. 4 herein submits, upon instruction, that the certificates have duly been handed over to the students. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the students have not received their certificates till date.

It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that there is a private dispute between the Secretary and the Teacher-in-charge of the institute.

None of the students have approached the Court alleging non-receipt of their educational certificates. In that view of the matter, Court is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction herein.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Affidavit of service filed in court is taken on record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
