We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a four-year old girl. She was forcibly ravished by the petitioner. Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstance and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
