Mr. Mukherjee, Learned Counsel, appears for the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission (for short, the Commission). Mr. Mukherjee also appears in support of CAN 4433 of 2020, which is an application for modification of the solemn order dated 4th February, 2020 passed by a concurrent Hon'ble Division Bench of the Court.

At issue in this appeal and the modification application (supra) is the direction passed by the concurrent Hon'ble Division Bench (supra) upon the Commission to complete the exercise of publication of the result of the written examination of 1st SLST (NT) Group- 'D' posts, conducted in the year 2011.

The other parties namely, Mr. Chatterjee, Mr. Bose and Mr. Samim, Learned Counsel appear respectively in

CAN 4 of 2020, CAN 7 of 2021 and CAN 5 of 2021, which are all applications for addition of parties. Mr. Tapan Kumar Mukherjee, Learned Additional Government Pleader (AGP), appears for the State Respondents.

Having heard the parties and considering the materials placed on record and in view of the applicable administrative instruction, since the Hon'ble Judges of the concurrent Hon'ble Division Bench are available, let the application for modification being CAN 4433 of 2020 be placed before the appropriate Bench.

Let the other connected applications be also placed before the appropriate Bench.

Parties are at liberty to take steps upon notice to each other.
