Commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from the exclusive possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since September 21, 2021.

Since the possession of contraband above commercial quantity is shown from the petitioner, we do not find any ground to take exception to Section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

As such, the prayer for bail is rejected.

The application for bail being CRM 6814 of 2021 is thus dismissed.
