1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the statement of the injured and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has prevented the victim who is BSF personnel from discharging the duty and assaulted the victim while he was discharging his duty, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
