This matter appears today in the list under the heading "To sg 16.05 Ct. No.

Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Department. The attention was drawn towards an inadvertent mistake in stating the name of Sushanta Kumar Mitra along with other accused persons in paragraph no.32 of the Judgment dated 02.05.2025, despite his name was expunged vide order dated 11th April, 2025, as he died on 7th April, 2020.

Accordingly, the name of deceased Sushanta Kumar Mitra should be expunged from the list of respondents mentioned in Paragraph 32 of the Judgment.

Let necessary correction/modification be carried out. Other parties of the judgment dated 02.05.2025 remain unaltered.
