The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing the FIR No. 353 of 2011 dated 14.07.2011 in connection with Arambagh Police Station Case No. 353 of 2011 dated July 14, 2011 under Sections 448/143/506 of the Indian Penal Code. The application as well as the written complaint, prima facie, indicate commission of an offence. Other documents also indicate the same. It is not a case where the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is to be invoked. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2672 of 2011 stands dismissed.
