1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected on merits by a co-ordinate Bench on April 5, 2024, in CRM (DB) 1007 of 2024. There is no change of circumstance since then. Hence we are not inclined to consider the petitioner's prayer for bail.

2. The application being CRM (DB) 2104 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.

3. However, we are told that 17 out of 30 charge-sheet named witnesses have already been examined. We request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial as much as possible and bring the same to its logical conclusion as early as possible.
