Without entering into the merits of the representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the ADSR, Budge Budge to take steps to consider the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner dated June 25, 2025 strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.
