The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated July 11, 2011 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta whereby a delay of 82 days were condoned. It is settled law that Court should not be too rigid to consider condonation of delay issues in over-jubiliation of disposal rights. Accordingly, the impugned order demands no interference. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2676 of 2011 stands dismissed.
