The petitioner alleges violation of the direction passed by this Court on September 29, 2022.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating that the matter will appear in the list on January 18, 2024.

An additional copy of the contempt application may also be served upon Mr. Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate who usually represents the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor to comply the direction passed by the Court.
