In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has been complying with the conditions imposed by the this Court while granting bail on 04.09.2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the petitioner has complied with the conditions.

Having regard to the same, I am of the view that the conditions so imposed by this Court in its order of bail dated 04.09.2024 be hereby waived.

Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
