C.R.R. 2682 of 2011 01.07.2022 Sl. 43 Court No.40 Sourav In Re: - An application under Section 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

And In the matter of: Bablu Naskar ....petitioner.

Mr. Pratik Bose Mr. S. Paul ...for the State.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

On the last occasion, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner also.

Mr. Pratik Bose, learned Advocate appeared for the State. The written complaint, prima facie, discloses the commission of the offence alleged. It is not a case where process of the Court is abused. Therefore, the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2682 of 2011 stands dismissed on merit.
