Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the respondent no. 9 has been impleaded by mistake. Leave has been sought to delete the respondent no. 9 from the array of respondents. Leave sought for is allowed. The respondent no. 9 be deleted from the cause title of the writ petition. The petitioners seek mutual transfer. The application seeking mutual transfer filed by both the petitioners on June 20, 2024 is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Without going into the merits of the said application seeking mutual transfer, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 being the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider and dispose of the prayer made by

the petitioners seeking mutual transfer in accordance with law and the relevant rules and regulations at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. Reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the applicaion seeking mutual transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
