Imam Ms. Madhumita Basak ..for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2 has already been arrested. As such, his application for anticipatory bail has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no.2 is dismissed as having become infructuous. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the statements of independent witnesses as well as the injured and the injury reports which show inflicting of injury on vital part of the body i.e., head of the victims, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners are rejected.
