The instant revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed praying for quashing of the proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure drawn up in the court of the Executive Magistrate, Kakdwip, being case no. M 384 of 2011. After lapse of 11 years nothing remains in this case warranting invocation and exercise of jurisdiction under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
