Petitioner has prayed for effective investigation in connection with Rishra P.S. Case No.101 of 2025. The further apprehension of the petitioner is that the accused persons are entering the jurisdiction of Tarakeswar Police Station and trying to take away the grand-sons.

Be that as it may, Rishra Police Station Case No.101 of 2025 was registered on 07.05.2025. The investigation of the case is still in progress. Since the accusations are serious so far as the death of the petitioner's daughter is concerned, police authorities have already registered the case on 07.05.2025. Presumably 90 days would be over on 7th August, 2025. After the period of 90 days is over, the progress

of the investigation be communicated directly to the de facto complainant of the case. If the de facto complainant is dissatisfied with the progress of the investigation, the same should be brought to the notice of the learned Magistrate in seisin of the issue. Learned Magistrate will assess regarding the contentions of the de facto complainant and thereafter, if required, pass necessary directions. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16127 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
