Since the petitioner did not comply with the notice issued under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and has not cooperated with the investigation and is presently absconding, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
