The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for quashing of the proceeding being Khatra Police Station Case 13 of 2011 under Sections 420 /120B of the Indian Penal Code, corresponding G.R. Case No. 75 of On perusal of the application along annexures, it appears that there are prima facie incriminating materials, which do not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed.
