Like previous occasion, none appears for the petitioner as well as opposite party No.2.

The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying for quashing of the criminal proceeding being G.R. Case No. 641 of 2005 under Sections 420/409 of the Indian Penal Code arising out of Morga Police Station Case No. 68 of 2005 dated 16.06.2005.

On perusal of the application along annexures, it appears that there are prima facie incriminating elements on record, which do not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed.
