This revisional application was listed earlier on 12.06.2023 when none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Today when the matter is called, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for an accommodation on behalf of Mr. Sambhu Nath Sardar, learned advocate for the petitioners.

I am not inclined to accept such an accommodation or adjournment. The revisional application being CRR 2660 of 2022 is dismissed for default. The same would be restored only after depositing a cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) with the High Court Legal Aid Services Authority. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
